Venal Alliance sees the early benefits of Jovian trade.
As of today the owner-captains of the Venal alliance and member corporations of Venal space are proud to announce the successful field testing of advanced technology devices acquired through progressive Jovian trade with agents of the A821-A Modifier caste commerce guild.
Integration of Jovian technological devices to empire standard module fittings first occurred over one standard week ago, and field trials have since demonstrated massive improvements in yield and efficiency over non-Jovian counterpart tech. More startling yet, is the potential for rapid cross-technological improvements founded on Jovian design paradigms, and currently Venal research laboratories are working at full capacity to explore the potential for massive ancillary applications of core research discovery.
Today I can reveal the first proven practical application of this technology fusion;
The Nibelung mining beam.
Many times more efficient than the CU Vapour drill, the Nibelung is capable of rapidly stripping away the dross material of a target asteroid to reveal and convert rare ore to transportable form in a fraction of the time taken by existing beam technology. Field trials routinely recorded an acquisition rate in excess of 200 ore units a minute base, with high yield multi-turret platforms topping 6720 units of Bistot an hour.
The implications to Venal from this simple but astonishingly effective application of Jovian technology are manifest and vital; first the yield of mining operations conducted by TTI industrial teams will rise, driving down the build costs of warships, and allowing an ever more timely system of production and deployment for high value capital vessels destined for regional defence. Venal member corporations and owner captains will benefit from cheaper regional construction and the entire economy of the Venal Region will be boosted by the massive increase in heavy production and spaceyard output.
The secondary implications are more important yet; for with the initiation of trade links to the Jovian commerce guilds the Venal region will become a leader in the field of technological innovation and splintertech deployment, and free from the constraints of Concord interference and governmental acquisition, the Venal Alliance will employ the fruits of knowledge to light the fire of freedom and independence on the far frontier of settled space.
Field tests have already begun on military spin-offs from Jovian technological acquisition, and the first prototype vessels will see active service in the Venal Alliance defence fleet in the near future. As this technology becomes common in the Venal Alliance, it is the later intention of TTI to license the use and sale of these devices and ships beyond the borders of Venal territory to secure alliances without, and to award the friendship of comrades-at-arms in the wider galactic sphere of commerce.
